These  classes are great for people with joint problems since we are mostly on the ground.  Pilates builds strength in the abs, arms and legs, as well as increasing flexibility, and endurance to create a healthy, balanced and strong body.We use pilates rings, resistance bands and large balls (bring your own or use one from the studio)
