Do Good Roseville | A friendly faith community competition to raise funds and food for the Roseville Area High School food panty has begun! They have drivers all lined up to drop food off to those in need, but their resources are limited. Bring non-parishable food to PEACE and we will make sure it gets to the RAHS pantry.
Ralph Reeder Food Shelf | 2544 Mounds View Blvd, Mounds View, MN 55112 | Money is the best donation you can make as they can buy food at lower prices than the grocery stores. They are also looking for drivers to deliver food to families in need.
Ramsey County Food Assistance | A list of resources for those experiencing food insecurity. This includes how to apply for SNAP benefits and a map of local food shelves.
Indigenous Protector Movement | A Facebook Group to help those in need and to share opportunities for education and protest, especially for our indigenous communities that are being particularly targeted.
Sanctuary Covenant Church | This is a church doing some great work in North Minneapolis. They have a sign-up sheet for volunteers to help with their food panty, deliver food, attending meetings, etc. Check it out HERE. They are partnering with local schools that have large immigrant populations to make sure families have the resources they need.
Facebook Group: TC Suburbs Rise Up | A good hub to get info on where to help and what needs are out there.
Facebook Group: Inclusive New Brighton | Somewhat specific to New Brighton, but also the larger Mounds View district area. Has resource information and needs that are coming up.
Mobilize | A hub for meetings and protests in the area. This might be a more politically minded site (as it includes gatherings for elected officials and those running for office), but there is protest information as well.
Rapid Aid For Released Individuals | A Facebook Group that has been started to help provide assistance and rides to those who are released from ICE custody. Oftentimes they don't have phones, shoes, etc. Having people available to provide assistance is needed.
Ralph Reeder Food Shelf (see info above)
Gas Gift Cards. We will be collecting gift cards for gas over the next few weeks and passing them along to those who need them. There are a handful of people connected to our community who are picking up kids for school or getting groceries for families. To help off-set their costs, we want to provide gift cards. Wayne Leatherman can help you purchase these at church through our Scrip program.
Pop-Up Presentation | "Supporting Children During Immigration Enforcement Operations" presented by Hopewell Hodges, MA, PhD Candidate — Predoctoral Psychology Intern at the University of Minnesota | The presentation is over zoom and information about the presentation and how to sign-up are in the link.

As more resources pop up or needs are made known, we will continue to keep you in the loop.
With hope and justice, grace and peace.
