Spring is in the air...(sometimes). It was a nice sunny day. I even got to cross country ski at Turtle Lake Park. The wind did make it a bit nippy tho, so I only went around the park one and 1/2 times.. Didn't make it onto the lake as I had planned. A new session of two months will begin starting the first week of March. It will run through the end of April for a total of 9 weeks. You don't have to sign up for the entire session, we feel it is the way to feel the most successful in this practice at our studio. It helps to create the sense of community that we appreciate so much during these times of political turmoil and confusion. Hiyala's class: Tues am 9:30-10:45. Ruth teaches Thursdays "Chair Yoga" 5-6pm and "Body Flow" from 6:15-7:30pm. Hiyala also teaches a mat pilates class on Thursdays from 10-11am. Special Classes to start your 2020 off right. Come practice some ways to stay AFLOAT in 2020 Choose from Sat Dec 28th, Sat Jan 11th, or Wed Jan 1 (note the different times for this wed class). Sat morning outdoor yoga
Do you know how great it is to do yoga under the blue sky, lying.on your back, looking up thru the branches of the trees? It is one of lifes greatest pleasures! This gently challenging yoga class is ok for beginners. More challenging poses will be offered to those who would like. Hiyala will teach the next two Saturdays. June 12 and 19th. We will be in the shade of a tree in the community gardens of Peace Lutheran church in coon rapids (university and northdale intersection). 9:30-10:45. Please drive into the church parking lot and around to the east side . Please bring a blanket or a beach towel or two. Suggested payment : $15 per adult, kids under 10, $5 each. Kids 11-17 $10 each .
