These  classes are great for people with joint problems as we are mostly on the ground.  Pilates builds strength in the abs, arms and legs,as well as increasing flexibility, and endurance to create a healthy, balanced and strong body.
We use pilates rings, resistance bands and large balls.(bring your own or use one of mine)

You may be asked to purchase a set of cords and /or a resistance band for about $10 each.

Thursdays 10-11am and/or Thurs 5-6pm at Peace church (5050 hodgeson Rd). This is a semi private class (up tp 6 people) and cost is as follows:
If you can commit to 4 classes in row: $18 per class or $16 for seniors/low income
If you want to come whenever you are able: $20 per class ($18 for seniors/low income.

Please arrive 15 min early the day of your first class to fill out the form.
Hiyala also incorporates some Pilates into her yoga classes.
